BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING SCHEDULE
All meetings start at 6:00pm on the last Tuesday of the Month and will be held at the Hawks Point Clubhouse, 1223 Oak Pond St., unless otherwise indicated.
HOA DUES PAYMENT DATES
1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st
Dues per quarter are:
Single Family Homes – $285
Town Homes – $673
